Since the dawn of time, all civilizations had two things in common. They gazed skyward to marvel at the secrets of the cosmos, and they made beer. Myths and legends were born as mortals sipped their brew while watching comets blaze across the sky, and stars dancing in the heavens. These ancients believed paradise existed at the highest point in the universe, within a fiery sphere they called "The Empyrean." Inspired by these tales, we set out to infuse every batch of our handcrafted ales with our own unique notion of paradise.
