Pressed golden orange apricots dominate this uniquely tart and semi-dry cider. The apricots add a bit of zest that leaves a lasting finish. The juice from the apricots add a subtle flavor that is like combining a peach and a plum but not quite as sweet. The Romans and Greeks had it right when using apricots as a main ingredient in their "Nectar of the Gods." May the Gods be appeased.
