Beer description
This wild ferment makes our most complex cider. It has pear and floral notes on the nose. This well balanced cider has a clean yet creamy mouthfeel, combines the sourness of crab apples, with a hint of sweetness, a wonderful blend of earthy notes, some melon and citrus notes.
