Beer description
High-elevation perches in Idaho are regular stops for the likes of bald eagles, mountain lions and bighorn sheep. It’s good to be a little closer to heaven, just watch your step. Everyday climbs and momentous summits are celebration worthy, and Angels Perch Amber will fill your cup. Angels Perch is one of many Idaho summits, and is named for the beautiful Angels Lake below, and can be reached from Wildhorse Canyon. This peak destination is northeast of Sun Valley in the Pioneer Mountains, and reaches 11,687 ft. In addition to altitude, the Pioneers offer great rock for technical climbing, hiking and scrambling a multitude of striking faces and jagged peaks. Angel’s Perch Amber is unfiltered and amber colored, and it’s toasty character gives way to mild malt sweetness, balanced by an earthy hop undertone. The smooth, soft mouth feel with a dry finish has a subtle, mellow hop flavor—with more attention to the blend of pale, vienna and slight chocolate malts. Heavenly!
