Brewery description
When we started Fulton in 2009, our vision was to build a brewery in Minneapolis sometime in the next 5-10 years. We never dreamed that in 2013, we would already be building our second one. The new brewery is located in Northeast Minneapolis off Lowry & 2nd St NE. We are remodeling a 51,000 square foot warehouse into a production brewery with an 80 barrel brewhouse, 160 barrel fermentation tanks, bottling and kegging lines, and lots of room for growth. Production at the NE brewery will begin in the second half of 2014. The new location won't have a taproom, but fear not: our existing location near Target Field in the North Loop neighborhood will continue to operate as a small-batch brewery and taproom.
